I work in the central office of our school district. G-mail is a lifesaver for me. Not only does it keep me organized, but I use it daily to reach out to parents, students and staff. I will be using the labels more often now that I have a better understanding of that feature. I also learned that I can set up in settings the option to undo a sent email. This would be a great help to me since I am multitasking and sometimes start an email, answer the phone or help a student, and then send an incomplete email : )
