Gmail in the Classroom

I use gmail in the classroom for sending students and parents notifications when work is late, behavior issues, classroom information and announcements, and sometimes I just send students links to videos or examples that might help them with their projects.  I like how all students have a school email address and the majority of the parents have some sort of email so it is easy to stay connected.
