Gmail in the Classroom

Gmail is a great tool to communicate with parents or students.  Parents should be informed to communicate with the teacher with necessary questions regarding their child.  Students should also be informed to have open communication with the teacher regarding areas of study.  The teacher can use gmail to correspond with both parent and student with reminders, such as, early release days, field trip info, inclement weather issues, changes in homework assignments, test reviews/tests, etc.  Open communication is the key to successful learning.
