Gmail in the Classroom

My school uses gmail as a way to communicate.  I like the calendar feature, it keeps me on my toes and reminds me what I have going on each day.  Using Gmail in the classroom is handy to let students know of any missing work or any announcements for the class.  It is also handy for quick parent communication.  

I agree the communication part of Gmail is a great resource for students and parents.
