I use Gmail on a daily basis and it is one of my main forms of communication with not only my students, but also parents. I was surprised to find many features and settings in Gmail that I had not used before (i.e. Google Calendar integration, unsend email feature, managing email threads/muting emails)
In terms of using Gmail to enhance both my and my students classroom experience, I would like to explore using Google Hangouts as another form of collaboration. My students are 1-to-1 and as a World Language Teacher, I am always looking for ways to integrate writing and technology into my classroom.
