I can foresee using many of the features gmail offers to communicate with my students and parents. I really like the "translate" features to help ensure my messages are being accessed across any language barriers that may exist in my parent-base. The other feature that caught my eye was the option to have an FAQ section for parents and students to easily have their questions answered if I am not immediately available.
