Gmail can be quite useful in the classroom. I am most excited to use it to facilitate communication and cooperation between students. I really like the idea of students chatting in a safe environment so that they can work together on projects and assignments. I also plan to implement the use of to-do lists for the students to check off as they complete tasks. I see great benefit to being part of these conversations to monitor learning and address questions and misconnections.
