I think the biggest thing is communication and organizing my communication. I can see that creating a group for each of my choir, ensembles, and classes would be wonderful so that I can send them all quick information and links when we are not in class or rehearsal. I also think it would be wonderful to have a group set up of parents so that they can get the same information and that way they know what is going on in class and with our performances.
I loved the idea of having a FAQ listserve for a production, a project, a unit, or even a performance. There are always details that need to be shared and revisited and I think that that would be a wonderful way to take care of that.
I have already created my signature and created some labels and groups within gmail.
