Gmail in the classroom

As a substitute teacher, I use Gmail frequently to communicate with the classroom teachers, secretary, and building principal.  As a coach, I use Gmail to communicate with my team and Athletic Director's office regarding everything from schedules, practice goals/changes, summer activities, etc, as well as purchases, meetings, etc.  I will be back in the classroom next year, and I can envision communicating with my elementary students about special projects, writing suggestions, classroom assignments, etc.
