Gmail has so many features that I was unaware. One of the most useful tools that I will be using will be the chat feature. As a substitute, I feel like this would be a useful tool to communicate with the teacher while he/she is away. It would be more efficient than email.
I, also, feel like being able to save messages that you commonly use will be a very useful tool. I volunteer with several student groups and often students ask the same questions. This will add efficiency to replying to their messages.
