While I am not able to use the email feature with my students, I am learning all sorts of new tricks to use for myself and to share with my coworkers! My students are 1st-5th grade and though they have a gmail account, the email feature is not accessible until they reach Middle School. For myself, like all of us, I am a busy person and I currently have 5,688 emails in my INBOX. Oops, scratch that. I have 8,802 emails in total. It is so stressful to sit and stare at that on a daily basis! Thank goodness for the tutorial on how to better streamline my Google account using labels, filter, and archive button (as well as get better at using the Trash!). It is a learning process but I have already begun with some basic labels and the archive button!
