As a music teacher, I need to communicate with a lot of students and parents all the time. I can see Groups, Labels and Filters being a tremendous help. I've used Gmail for a long time but never knew how to use these features. It would be a great help to find volunteers for our many activities (in conjunction with Google Forms). We have many concerts, and events where we need to communicate with students and parents. Filters can help manage it all!
