Hi,
I am a Kindergarten associate in the morning and work in the school office in the afternoon. I am taking this class to renew my substitute authorization. I do not use Gmail features for student's use, but like the idea of using hangouts for older students to work on projects and be able to send out assignments and reminders.
I mostly use G-mail to communicate with staff and the Principal about work items. I like the labels items to identify similar items. I keep track of the substitutes in the building and I use labels to tag them and identify them. I also use filters to look for information in a previously received email. I have enabled the signature in my gmail account and work and it speeds up my sending of emails.
