Gmail in the school

Create a group that contains all the coaches in the building to easily email all coaches at once instead of having to remember all coaches emails and who all the coaches are. Create a group for each class so you can email and share items with students in specific class or all classes at once (could be good for days when you are home sick, send a mass email to all your classes, "I am home sick you will have a sub today. Be on your best behavior."). Create a filter to label incoming mail from administration so it stands out better in your inbox. Create a filter for junk mail that isn't being blocked properly to automatically delete it when coming from a specific sender.
