I have been using Gmail for a couple years. Now that I am serving as librarian at three different schools I was glad to be able to set up Groups to send to teachers at the various schools. I also added a signature which will save me time. Labels, filters and tasks were new to me and will be useful as I did deeper into how to be more productive.
