I went ahead and set up a group for the parents who have registered for this coming school year. I will add new parents to the group as needed. This will allow me to email the entire group at once and make sure they are all getting the same information. Having everyone in the same group will make it easier to click on one button instead of having to search for each parent individually. I also set up my signature which I had not done before.
