I am a health para in the nurse's office and do not have the permission to send out contacts on a parents' list or to students. Hypothetically though, I would send a group note to the various classrooms going on a field trip with questions and reminders for permission, special dietary needs, clothing changes as necessary and other safety factors that could be responded back as private.
