Gmail

I find that my best uses for Gmail include contacts and labels. Being able to list all of the parents as a group in my contacts. It is such an easy way to talk to all of the parents when I have to send a quick notification home. I just make sure I email using BCC. I also like using labels in Gmail. I know I have many emails that I cannot delete but I do not want them filling up my inbox. This way, I can put certain things into my "sped" folder, "title 1" folder, and my "logins" folder. I am able to keep things organized and everything nice and neat.
