With my position I would mostly use Gmail to send reminders out to parents and students. Our calendar is very busy so creating a group with all of the parent's email addresses would be extremely helpful as I have 150 parents emails that I need to keep track of and send information out to. I can then create groups according to grade in school, ensemble, etc. to make entering email addresses faster and more efficient.
