Gmail

I am an educational associate at an intermediate level school. We serve 3rd through 5th grades. I use my email to connect with staff, but due to my role I typically do not email students, and I do not email parents. Our school uses Gmail, and I was surprised to find out how many things Gmail can do. I plan to use the Filter feature immediately. I generally keep already read emails in my inbox, and don’t label, archive, or star them. I try to delete the spam emails right away. The Filter feature would help me organize everything.  Also, I was happy to see that there is an “Undo Send” feature. Wow! I had no idea. I am planning on enabling that to 30 seconds. I have accidentally sent emails (or done “Reply All”) a few times, and it is embarrassing.
