Gmail

I will use Gmail to communicate strategies and information shared with families during Early Access visits with families and child care providers.  This form of communication allows us to share information with and between team members, including family members, who are vital to children's growth.

I will create contact groups , to establish teams for individual families. Some of the families I work with have many providers on their child's IFSP and creating contact groups would allow all members to have access to information.

I will use Gmail Labs and the translation tab to provide translated information for families who are non-English speaking. This provides them with information in their native language and allows them to understand and participate in their child's interventions.
