Gmail

Gmail contains a variety of functions to make communication among students and teachers both efficient and organized. I wasn't aware of the Task function, which I will use to create to-do lists, both for my own personal use and in the classroom. Gmail Chat will also be very helpful to allow communication and foster learning between students, as well as between students and me as questions arise with assignments. I also plan to create a Gmail group to send reminders to students regarding tests and important assignment due dates. Lastly, the Gmail translate function will prove to be invaluable when communicating with parents that do not speak English. I'm excited to utilize Gmail's many functions to improve classroom efficiency and communication!
