Gmail

I really like the idea of using gmail to send assignments to students.  Especially upper elementary/junior high.  I like that they can read the assignment, click on links that have been provided and complete the assignments self sufficiently.  Yet, if they have any questions regarding these assignments they can email me or classmates to ask questions.  I like the fact that you can have groups of students assigned to different classes so that each class receives the information and you can keep keep up with each of them on class to class basis.  Gmail is a great tool for teachers and students!
