I use gmail exclusively for my personal and school emails. The school contacts are set up groups (administration, teachers, staff, parents). I also have labels that all my emails are assigned to. My name, title, and an image are in the signature area. I have not used the chat or video conference yet, but now I know how! My tasks are always up for me to see which keeps me focused. I love gmail!
