I use Gmail in a variety of ways. One helpful tool I've found is to create a contact list each year that way when I send out mass emails to parents it's super easy to push emails out. I've had my students email me when they've shared out a Google Slides presentation. I've created Gmail folders that really make it easy to locate emails.
