Working with teachers, administrators and principals across multiple buildings, I find gmail extremely helpful with ensuring that I stay in contact with people when I am not physically present. I use gmail to check in on teachers' progress with interventions, to gather interview information when we are unable to sit down face-to-face, and coordinate schedules for meetings. I also use gmail when I want a written record of feedback that I have provided, to follow up with answers to questions I might not have immediately, and to share resources through links and attachments.
