Gmail use as a Substitute Teacher

After working full time in education for over thirty years, I now work as a substitute teacher.  Along with other avenues of staying in contact with school districts, I utilize Gmail to be in communication with schools regarding sub date availabilities.  I also use Gmail at times to communicate with teachers I am subbing for on particular dates.
