Our school uses Gmail as a core communication tool with students. All of our students have a Google school domain email that they can use. My classroom is in a 1-1 iPad setting, and all of our math work that we do is done through the iPad. I currently use Gmail for collection of work from students. By setting up different labels by class it helps me drastically to keep organized with receiving student work. Also, Gmail is my main way to communicate with students weekly expectations and work that will be completed.
