This module and information were so helpful. I loved being able to choose labels and group labels for teachers, my classes, from my principal, and or from my peer staff in special education. It not only helped me organize, but it also makes it easy to refer back to my emails when I need information. I loved being able to color-code them as well this is another easy trick to help flag these important groups and to be able to glance right away to the color.
I also like the hangouts chat setting in gmail or being able to set up groups to send information. This makes it slick to easily chat with my colleagues through hangout chat or in the second feature setting up groups I can send information easily to the same group.
I love that google calendar can link and be utilized through Gmail. I feel this is just one other great tool for keeping myself organized especially when I set up meetings constantly for my special education students.
