Google 101

Google email is an excellent way to communicate with students, teachers and administration. I appreciate how easy it is to organize emails with labels and setting up groups for easy access. It was fun to learn how to write a signature which I now use and I changed my pen color to my favorite color of blue. I turned on the notification so when I am working in drive I will be notified when an email comes so I can respond quickly if needed. I also will start using the tasks and note tools so conveniently placed to the right of the email list; I like the check-off feature.  I didn't realize there was so much there to enhance gmail usage.
