I utilize gmail for a wide range of communication purposes at work. Gmail enables me to share resources and information with my colleagues. Gmail also allows me to communicate with my high school mentors and get information to them in a timely manner. I have been using labels for quite some time and it has helped organize the many emails I receive on a daily basis.
