I have used gmail for awhile, but never utilized many of the features and personalization. Using labels to easily see/separate emails from students in different grades and or different sections of class will be very helpful. I will also look into using a checklist via google to have students self monitor their progress on a project.
I have also started adding Labels & Label colors to organize what comes into my inbox. It helps to see what is for personal, business, education, etc.! It was a bit tedious to set up but now that it is done it makes searching for messages so much easier!
