The Global Education Conference and Network: It seems like the offer some interesting resources to support global citizenship and help kids build cross-cultural connections.
Lucy Calkins Support Group: This community seems to share helpful charts, tips, and examples of student work. It's always good to have people to collaborate when you're trying to roll out the units of study.
National Geographic Education: I love the NatGEO trade books. Anything they share online it sure to be of high quality and engaging for kids!
