Here are a few Communities for special education teachers that I found while exploring Google+ for class this morning:

*Special Education Teacher Resources
*Teachers - Language Arts/Special Education (especially important to me since I co-teach exclusively in English classes)
*Lesson Plans - Special Education
*Special Education Resource
There were also many individuals who didn't have a named group, but might be interesting to follow. Simply type in "special education" in the search bar, then scroll down past the groups to the individual posts to see if there is anyone you might be able to connect to.
