I am so excited to learn about the functions of tags in Google Gmail. Previously, I had used Microsoft for e-mail functions, and have felt lost at times, due to the varying ways to use functions in both of the programs. The tags are something that I have already began using, so that I can access a single e-mail from various folders. This is a time saver, and has allowed me to move e-mails from my inbox that fit into multiple places. I am looking forward to the improved efficiency this will provide me as I search for and file correspondence. I have many e-mails that apply to multiple contacts, especially in regards to making sure that all of my student's important information is able to be gathered and disseminated in a more organized way, especially with having a room for students with significant behavioral concerns.
