I learned more about groups. I will use this feature with the parents I communicate with for the DC trip I lead. We also use JMC for emailing parents, but I typically don't have the kids I take on the trip in my classroom so I can't use JMC for emailing them. I will set up a group email for this. This module has also given me ideas on how I can teach my 6th graders about the features of email. I have found recently that many of them need help to even compose an email.
