Google GMail

I look forward to learning more about GMail and how to use it for my school email.  I have learned how to put in my signature and am anxious to try changing other settings to personalize my emails.

I have also set up a group for my students parents so that I can add their email addresses when school starts to keep in touch with them.  I will send all of my newsletters through Gmail and will keep everyone informed monthly using the Google Calendar.

I like your idea for sending the classroom newsletter through email.  I plan to do that!  For at least this year, I will still send a hard copy.
