I work in the Attendance/Activities Office in a middle school. This year during track season our AD shared a Google Sheet with the other schools and staff involved in the meets, coaches were able to fill in the names of their athletes in the events they were participating in instead of me receiving the information and having to enter it in a document. It definitely made it easier for me and I did not have to worry about entering the information wrong.
