As an administrator, I subbed in a building where the entire staff used Google Forms to communicate happenings and important information going on in the building. Instead of a daily announcement or a weekly memo from the principal. It was a great idea, since it was always accessible from Google Drive and anyone could add any information at any time for example, Second grade will be using the atrium from 1-2.
