I have created different groups, as well as labels. I have a parent contact group, a group with my other 4th grade team members, as well as a group for the special ed teachers that I collaborate with on a daily basis. Creating labels has given me the option of saving emails and being able to access them quickly when I need to refer to the information contained in them. This organization piece will make daily communication so much easier.
