As a teacher you receive so many emails, and it can become quite overwhelming. Whether you are a high school teacher or elementary teacher, using labels in contacts would be very beneficial. As a high school teacher you could have labels for students, classes, teachers, and even activities such as prom, basketball, or debate. As an elementary teacher, labels that I might use would be for parents, teachers, admin, students, continuing ed. Gmail has sure come a long way in the last few years.
