Gmail is an excellent option for communicating with parents, students, colleagues, and community members. What is great with Gmail is how messages are organized with the use of color coded folders. Gmail can be used to contact students and parents immediately to offer feedback on assignments, communicate late/missing work, or open up a forum for various other topics which can easily be done outside school hours.
