I am currently using Gmail, both personally and professionally.
In the classroom it allows me to send send e-mail to my department as a group from my contacts.
I correspond with parents about their students.
I answer student questions about the curriculum beyond the class period.
Now, all students have a school Gmail, through which I send Google Forms or make-up work.
I can also collect and respond to Gmail through my phone.
