I've used gmail for the past 4 years and am amazed by some of the areas outlined in tutorials that I had never utilized. I'm beginning to use Google Keep as a way to track individualized projects and notes for students. This allows me to create lists and deadlines which I can then add to my calendar, allowing me to be notified at intervals, thus reminding me to check on individuals' progress. It's easy to follow-up individually by email, if necessary, and it's really helping to achieve goals and track growth.
