My team uses google spreadsheets to record data. We use them for progress monitoring, case managers student lists, keeping track of required classes, district-wide assessment scores etc. At any given time and probably have 3 tabs of google sheets open daily that is shared with teachers. I use them in the science and biology for lab work.
