For the most part I will not be using Gmail with my students. They are grade 2 and have school assigned email account that aren't used until they are a little older. From a personal side of things I will be assigning labels, using the chat function to keep other teachers aware of necessary concerns throughout the day, and the calendar function. Having all of these functions in one program makes it easy to stay on top of things and organized.
