I am the online Learning Room Director and also 7th grade reading teacher. Therefore, I am in charge of all of the high school students that take online elective and online college level classes. Google mail has helped me with communicating with students that are enrolled in each class. Often, I get emails from their college professors and it's easier to quickly send an email to just those students who are enrolled in their class. For my 7th grade reading class, they are allowed to share assignments with me through Google Drive and I am able to group them into folders. This is a nice too because we can both be "logged in" their assignment and I am able to make comments/suggestions while they are in the document, too.
