I use Google email to communicate with teachers in classrooms, parents at home and friends and family.
Google Drive to share Docs or Sheets with staff. Google Chat for help with training

I agree with you Anita! I use Google email and Drive to share docs or sheets with staff and my family as well.

I use GMail to communicate with students to call them to my office or just send a reminder.  I use Google calendar for reminders of my bosses' schedule or reminders for myself for assignments and meetings.  The more forgetful you are, the more Google calendar helps!
