I have Google as my personal account but our school is Microsoft. I have used hangouts in the past when it first came out and loved it. I have never tried the G+/Circles but I love it! I connected with other co-workers who have Gmail accounts as well as found some Ed Tech communities. It sort of has a Pinterest feel to it.
