Group projects

I think one way I could use gmail in my classroom would be group projects I assign to my class. It would be great to each student their own gmail account for school use. When we do group projects I would help the children create their group in gmail for easy communication between members. They could also use their email group to share documents and other materials with each other to complete the project assigned. They could even finish the project and email submit to me the teacher for review and grading. It would be an easy platform to save and share the project with other classes, schools, and even their parents, to show off their hard work.
